1. Acceptable Digital Conduct
By accessing and using the EnClass mobile application and platform, you agree to abide by your educational institution's digital conduct policy. Users must maintain strict confidentiality of their login credentials and refrain from sharing access with unauthorized individuals.
2. Academic Record Integrity
Unauthorized modification, tampering, or misrepresentation of academic records, exam grades, timetable schedules, or attendance logs is strictly prohibited and subject to institutional disciplinary action and account termination.
3. Account Responsibility & Supervision
User accounts are created and managed under school administrative supervision. You are responsible for all activities performed under your authenticated account session. Always log out when using shared devices.
4. Platform Usage & Modifications
EnClass reserves the right to update or modify features, system workflows, or service terms to maintain high security, institutional compliance, and operational quality. Continued usage of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
5. DPDP Act (2023) Compliance & Institutional Responsibilities
In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023:
- Institutional Authorization: Educational institutions onboarding students, teachers, and parents onto EnClass warrant that they have secured necessary consents or legitimate institutional mandates to process personal educational data.
- Processing Mandate: EnClass acts as a Data Processor solely executing data processing instructions on behalf of the institution (Data Fiduciary). Data is processed exclusively for school operations, attendance, grading, fee invoicing, and communication.
- Data Protection of Minors: Processing of student data (children under 18) complies with Section 9 of the DPDP Act. We strictly prohibit tracking, targeted advertising, or behavioral profiling of students.
